  • Distribute catalogs to consenting customers
  • Track engagement and analytics
  • Manage customer consent and communication

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Fees

Subscription fees are as specified in your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

CatalogLane, its logos, and all related content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for third-party actions or content

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CatalogLane and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the service ceases immediately
  • We may delete your data after a reasonable period
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CatalogLane is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution
